reelop helps teams manage Instagram reel comments and reply workflows. This page explains what information is used, why it is used, and what controls you have.

We process only data needed to run the product, including connected Instagram account identifiers, reel metadata, comments, reply status, and actions you perform inside the dashboard.

Data is used to provide core functionality such as loading reels, filtering comments, and marking replies. We do not sell personal data or use comment content for advertising.

If your Instagram account is disconnected, reelop stops making requests to Instagram APIs for that session. You can request removal of stored account-related records by contacting the operator of this deployment.

We apply reasonable safeguards for session handling and access control, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Use strong credentials and review connected account access regularly.
